Hyatt Place Sterling Dulles Airport North

Breakfast was good, it was nice to have a fruit salad option in addition to the usual items. We'd been staying at a number of hotels by this point in our trip so the fruit was appreciated! The room was so spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The gym facilities are also large; you don't feel as if they've shoved a single cross-trainer and a couple of treadmills in a closet just to tick that box. We didn't use the pool because we ended up going out with friends, but the pool was open and looked good. We had no difficulties, but I did hear staff politely dealing with a guest's issue (who was also polite, I might add!) and they sounded as if they addressed the problem positively and to that guest's satisfaction.

This Hyatt place sterling has been one of the best economic hotels around dc areas, near IAD airport (which has a metro station). Location is great, parking is free and easy. Surrounding area is quite and not much traffic. Also a Sam club gas and other places nearby. The hotel offers free shuttle service which is very nice. The room is descent maintained and has a small living room with sofa and coffee bar. Earlier check in before 3 is also doable based on their availability as well as late check out. Their staff were very nice and communications are easy. Alexis at front desk and shuttle bus driver Max were very nice people, they’ve made the hotel experience even better.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. They were still doing renovations, but it was not disruptive. Breakfast was also good. Check-in process was smooth and quick.

Clean and comfortable room. The staff was awesome. the front desk guy was very helpful with late checkout and food recommendations. The airport shuttle was able to be scheduled according to our flight time, which is very helpful.

From the moment we arrived the staff was kind and extremely helpful. Alexis was one of the best staff we have ever dealt with in any hotel stay. She helped us with information about the best ways to travel around the city and was very helpful with our accommodations. We would recommend this location to anyone looking to travel to the area.
